What is CRE8?
CRE8 - delivering arts opportunities across Suffolk
CRE8 was founded in May 2022 with the aim to deliver classes, workshops and performance opportunities to children, young people, and adults within Suffolk.
Initially CRE8 started with adult dance classes running from Freedom Church in Great Barton, and has grown since then; hosting our first children’s workshops in the May Half Term of 2022.
The long term goals are to provide further opportunities to children, young people, and adults to engage in the arts through classes in a variety of disciplines, workshops with West End Performers and the chance to perform in showcases, concerts, and full scale productions.
CRE8 is a Community Interest Company, in which the aims are to deliver arts provisions and opportunities across Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas of Suffolk. Engaging with children, young people and adults through classes, workshops and productions with long term goals of providing funded places for participants where possible, as well as making arts provisions accessible to children with physical disabilities and severe learning requirements.
